What is an ITC?
An Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC) is a Royal-Decree-approved mixed-use development combining residential, hospitality, and leisure components. Two things make ITCs matter for buyers: 1. Freehold ownership is available to non-Omani, non-GCC nationals — the only real-estate category in Oman with that status. 2. Purchase qualifies the owner for a renewable investor residency permit. The list below is the currently active ITCs. New zones are added by Royal Decree from time to time; the Ministry of Housing publishes the official list.
